摘要
目的探讨护理专业毕业生入职后对多点执业的认知状况。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选取2015年6月-2016年6月河南大学第一附属医院的护理专业毕业生213名为研究对象。采用护士多点执业认知状况调查问卷对其进行调查。结果213名护理专业毕业生多点执业认知状况总分为(87.39±13.17)分,文化程度、婚姻状况、家庭人均月收入是护理专业毕业生是否接受多点执业的影响因素。结论高校护理专业毕业生对人职后多点执业认知不足,缺乏相关知识。文化程度高、未婚及家庭人均月收入低的毕业生更愿意接受多点执业。
Objective To explore the multi-site practice cognition of graduates with nursing speciality after entry. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016, we selected 213 graduates with nursing speciality from the First Affiliated Hospital of He'nan University as subjects by convenience sampling. All of the graduates were investigated with the multi-site practice cognition questionnaire for nurses. Results Among 213 graduates with nursing speciality, the score of multi-site practice cognition was (87.39 + 13.17). The influencing factors whether graduates with nursing speciality accepted multi-site practice or not included education, marital status and family average monthly income per person. Conclusions Multi-site practice cognition of colleges' and universities' graduates with nursing speciality after entry is insufficient lacking of relevant knowledge. Graduates with a high level of education, unmarried state and low family average monthly income per person tend to accept multi-site practice.
