摘要 我国的共有产权房虽然已经发展了多年,但它进入公众视野中的时间相对较短,同样的大多数人对它的认识还不够全面。2007年,中国开始在江苏淮安试点共有产权房,并将其推行到北京、上海等地。目前,共有产权房在我国还没有得到广泛推广。共有产权房是保障公众基本住房问题的制度,在实践中也出现了许多相关的法律问题。鉴于此,文章针对我国共有产权房目前存在的法律问题提出一些建议,以确保我国共有产权房制度健康、有序地发展,为进一步扩大推广范围提供保障,为全面建成小康社会保驾护航。 Although our country' s co-ownership housing has been developed for many years, it has been in public view for a relatively short time, and most of the same people still do not have a comprehensive understanding of it. In 2007, China began to pilot co-ownership houses in Huai' an, Jiangsu province. And push it to Beijing, Shanghai and other places. At present, the common property right in our country has not been widely promoted. The common property right house is the system which guarantees the public basic housing problem, also appeared many related legal questions in the practice. In view of this, this paper puts forward some suggestions to ensure the health of the common property right house system in view of the existing legal problems of the common property right house in our country. Orderly development, to further expand the scope of promotion to provide protection for the overall establishment of a well-off society escort.
