摘要
共有产权房作为一种创新性地住房保障模式,其运行机制和改进方式等受到了学术界的广泛关注。目前的研究主要集中在政策的制定和政策评价两个方面。对政策制定方面的研究包括共有产权房的定价、产权分配、准入与退出。政策评价方面则是以定性分析为主,对其评价褒贬不一。通过研究综述,总结当前研究成果,分析研究存在的不足。
As a kind of innovation in housing security mode, common property right housing＇s operation mechanism and the way of improving are received extensive attention of the academia. The present study focuses on policy making and policy evaluation. For policy research,it includes a total of property right of pricing, property right allocation, entry and exit. Policy evaluation is mainly qualitative analysis, the evaluation of mixed reviews. Through research, summarizes the current research results, analysis of the defects in the study.
