摘要
国内外应用迷你临床评估演练(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)在临床教学中取得的良好效果,均证实了其内容的信效度。针对中医肿瘤学临床教学现状,引入Mini-CEX并结合中医临证思维,在提升临床技能的同时注重人文关怀和沟通技巧的培养,强调测评与教学反馈并重,为中医肿瘤学临床教学模式改革带来新突破。
As Mini-CEX has been widely used at home and abroad, it has obtained good results in clinical teaching,and its high validity and reliability has been confirm- ed.In light of the current situation in clinical teaching in TCM oncology, introducing Mini-CEX to it combined with the clinical method of TCM has improved the clinical skills ,and has paid attention to humanistic care and communication skills at the same time.Mini-CEX emphasis on both evaluation and teaching feedback.And its introduc- tion has brought new break- throughs for reforming and innovating the clinical teaching mode of TCM oncolo~.
