摘要
教学评价是评判教师的教学是否符合教学目标,学生的学习是否达到预期效果的活动。采用不同方式的教学评价可以互相取长补短,更客观地反映学生学习的情况,从而为进一步提高教学质量起到积极作用。结合当前中职法律课堂教学评价的现状,分析不同评价方式所体现教学设计的意图,反思教学评价实施过程中出现的问题,进一步探索符合法律课堂教学目标,能够完善教学效果的评价方式。
Teaching evaluation is an activity that judges whether the teacher's teaching conforms to the teaching goal and whether the student's learning achieves the expected effect. Teaching evaluations in different ways can complement each other's strengths and more objectively reflect the learning situation of students, thus playing a positive role in further improving the quality of teaching. Combined with the current status of classroom teaching evaluation in the current vocational school, this paper analyzes the intentions of teaching design embodied in different evaluation methods, reflects on the problems in the pro- cess of teaching evaluation, and further explores the evaluation methods that can meet the objectives of legal classroom teaching and improve teaching effectiveness.
