A Review of Foreign Clinical Trials of Medical Simulation Education

摘要 目的:旨在探索国外医学模拟教学的现状。方法:通过相关主题词检索Pubmed数据库,对近年来各临床科室与医学模拟教学研究有关的英文文献进行记录、分析及总结。结果:检索出原始英文文献共1380篇,筛选出近5年发表的临床研究文献,排除不相关文献后,共纳入116篇文献。结论:国外医学模拟教学研究推荐使用"理论+模拟实操+反馈"的新的教学模式,并针对不同的教学内容有针对性地选择不同仿真程度的模拟平台。 Purpose: The purpose of this article was to explore the current situation of foreign medical simulation education. Method: A structured search in PubMed identified clinical trial of medical simulation education. Studies were included if they reported medical simulation clinical trials of clinical departments. Each study was recorded, summarized and analyzed. Resuits: A total of 1,380 English language publications were identified. A total of 116 relevant literature published in the last five years were included. Conclusion: Education pattern of "lecture-based education plus simulation training plus feedback" is recommended. Different simulators should be used in their specific areas.
