摘要
立足任职教育要求,分析军医大学眼科学教学存在的主要问题;对部分本科学员和基层军医进行问卷调查,了解总结教学现状和需求;提出教学内容优化建议,切实提高学员毕业后任职能力。
The author analyzed the main problems in current ophthalmology teaching based on the requirements of military professional education, explored the teaching status and instructional needs using questionnaire survey, and worked out suggestions to improve cadets’ competency for duty assignment in military medical universities.
