摘要
针对热镀锌工艺中快冷出口温度对热镀锌双相钢的性能和表面质量的影响进行了研究,分别设定不同的快冷出口温度,对不同工艺参数试样进行了力学性能、显微组织和表面质量分析。结果表明,随着快冷出口温度的提高,铁素体中碳、锰等元素扩散到奥氏体内部,提高奥氏体淬透性,从而获得更多的马氏体,得到良好的力学性能;但快冷出口温度超过500℃时,会造成锌锅温度增高,造成表面锌灰、锌渣等缺陷,所以快冷出口温度在480±10℃范围内,可以在保证力学性能良好的同时获得更为优质的表面质量。
Effect of rapid cooling outlet temperature on properties and surface quality of hot dip galvanized dual phase steel was researched.Mechanical properties,microstructure and surface analysis of the samples with different process parameters were analyzed by setting different rapid cooling outlet temperature. The results show that with the increase of the outlet temperature,elements such as carbon and manganese in ferrite diffuse to the grain of austenite to improve the hardenability of austenite and get more martensite,so the good mechanical properties can be obtained; but when the rapid cooling outlet temperature exceeds 500 ℃,it can lead to higher temperature of zinc pot causing surface defects such as zinc vapour ash,zinc dross. So the rapid cooling outlet temperature should be controlled at 480 ± 10 ℃,the preferable surface quality can be obtained as well as the good mechanical properties.
