摘要
基于对热轧氧化铁皮生成机理及缺陷产生机理的基础研究,对影响氧化铁皮生成不同结构和厚度的相关因素进行了详尽分析,得出形成以α-Fe+Fe_3O_4、FeO以及致密Fe_3O_4/Fe_2O_3为主的三大类氧化层结构以及厚度的控制方法,同时对精轧轧辊粗糙度对板带板面质量以及后续涂装质量的影响进行了深入研究。将研究结果应用于实际生产,形成表面免处理化钢、易酸洗钢和直接还原镀锌产品。免处理化产品包括免酸洗和免喷砂钢,用于制造重载汽车的大梁以及集装箱的面板;易酸洗钢可显著降低冷轧的酸液消耗,提高生产效率和酸洗质量;直接还原镀锌工艺采用连退镀锌生产线氢气还原的方法制造合格的镀锌产品,免除酸洗工序。以上技术和产品体现了柔性化制造的工艺思想,减少了对环境的污染,降低了制造成本,形成了氧化层控制及应用的技术路线。
Based on the basic research of oxide scale formation mechanism and different typical defects on the strip surface,the influencing factors of oxide scale formation associated with different structure and thickness were analyzed in detail.Aimed at three kinds typical oxidation layer,i.e.α-Fe+Fe3O4,FeO and fine Fe3O4/Fe2O3,the structure and thickness control method were obtained.At the same time,the influence of finishing roll roughness on the strip surface quality and subsequent painting quality were studied.The research results were applied to the actual production,the surface free treatment steel,easy-pickling steel and the scale direct hydrogen reduction annealing hot galvanizing products,abbreviated to DRG steel,had been developed out.Free treatment products includes free-pickling steel and free-blasting steel,which were used in the manufacture of heavy truck bearing frame and container side panel respectively.Easy-pickling steel process can significantly reduce hydrochloric acid consumption,improve production efficiency and quality of pickling.The DRG steel process was applied in hot galvanizing production line,using hydrogen direct reduction method to manufacture qualified zinc-coating products,the pickling process was canceled.These technologies and products contained new ideas of flexible manufacturing,reduced the environment pollution and the manufacturing cost.The technical route of the oxide layer control and application were formed.
