摘要
宝钢依托2050热轧产线,开发了一种屈服强度大于800MPa的高强度热冲压桥壳钢。介绍了产品的生产工艺和性能特点,研究了钢板在用户处热冲压后的组织和力学性能,最后介绍了高强度热冲压桥壳钢在轻量化商用车桥壳上的应用。
A kind of hot stamping high strength axle housing steel with yield strength above 800 MPa was developed based on the 2050 hot rolling production line in Baosteel.In this paper,production procedure and performance characteristics of the steel were introduced,the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel plate after hot stamping were studied,the application of high strength axle housing steel in light weight commercial axle housing was presented finally.
