摘要
文章首先借助Xulvi-Brunet和Sokolov的社会网络生成模型构造组织的人际网络结构;然后结合绩效反馈理论和分布式组织中的个体行为,构建组织学习的仿真模型;最后具体分析了信息粉饰、反馈延迟、决策失误以及环境动态性对学习绩效的作用。结果表明:信息粉饰能加强组织学习,提高组织绩效;低水平的反馈延迟和决策失误能够使探索式学习和利用式学习达到一种均衡;组织具有很强的环境适应能力,即使是在动荡的环境中,也能保持学习。
First of all,this paper constructs the organization's interpersonal network structure by virtue of the social network generation model of Xulvi-Brunet and Sokolov; Then,the paper,combining the performance feedback theory and the individual behavior in distributed organizations,builds the simulation model of organizational learning; Finally,the paper makes a specific analysis on the effects of information sugarcoating,feedback delay,wrong decision making and environmental dynamism on learning performance. The results show that: Information sugarcoating can promote organizational learning and improve organizational performance; The low level of feedback delay and wrong decision-making can make exploratory learning and utilization learning achieve a balance; The organizations have the strong adaption of environment,and can also keep learning even in the unstable environment.
