摘要
将企业管理岗位职能变量划分为技术、市场与人际关系三类,在影响因素和环境变量间建立了因果关系模拟模型。采用随机的方式对环境变量赋值,依据规则进行状态变量转换,对歧义分支采用基于工作负荷的思想进行过滤。利用统计学的方法进行模拟分支处理,用于修正管理岗位工作分析期初结果,以及企业人力资源管理的其他方面,如甄选与培训。
In this paper, enterprise management position responsibility variables were classified into three types: technology, market and inter-person relation, and its affecting factors, i. e. , environment variables were classified correspondingly. A simulation model of casualty between these two types of variable was constructed. Employ stochastically methods to give environment variable qualitative value first, then transit state variable according to rules. Spurs simulation branches were pruned by means of work loading idea. Statistical methods were used to deal with simulation branches in revising the original results of job analysis and other human resource management aspects, e. g. , selection and training decision.
