摘要
文章针对现有文献中企业政治关联与研发创新间关系的争议,研究在政府行政管理水平提升和法制环境改善的制度情境下,民营企业的私有和集体政治关联对研发投入的影响。检验表明:私有政治关联不利于研发投入;行政管理水平的提升会减弱私有政治关联对研发投入的不利影响;随着法制环境的改善,私有政治关联对研发投入的不利影响更明显。检验结果没有发现集体政治关联对研发投入的显著影响,也未发现行政管理水平对集体政治关联与研发投入之间关系的显著调节效应,但证实法制环境的改善使集体政治关联能更好促进研发投入。这些结论建立了不同类型政治关联作用的制度情境观点,部分解释了文献观点的不一致问题,获得了对企业政治关联影响的更准确理解。
In view of the disputes of the relationship between corporate political connections and RD innovation in the existing literature,the paper studies the effects of private and collective political connections on RD investment in the context of the promotion of government administration and the improvement of the legal environment. The test indicates that： Private political connections are not conducive to RD investment; The promotion of government administration will weaken the adverse effect of private political connections on RD input; The adverse impact of private political connections on RD investment is more significant with the improvement of legal environment. The test results do not find the significant effect of collective political connections on RD input,nor the significant moderating effect of administrative level on the relationship between collective political connections and RD investment,but it is proved that the improvement of legal environment can make collective political connections better promote RD input. These conclusions establish the institutional context of different types of political connections,partly explain the inconsistency of literature views,and gain a more accurate understanding of the influence of corporate political connections.
