摘要
经济转型升级背景下,高管政治关联对企业创新的影响备受争议。以2013-2017年民营上市公司为样本,从区域发展水平视角探究企业高管的政治关联对创新投入会产生怎样影响。研究表明:高管政治关联与区域发展水平显著负相关,与创新投入正相关但不显著;而区域发展水平在两者之间承担了正向推动作用。通过分析论证高管政治关联与创新投入之间的关系,为民营企业的创新发展提供借鉴。
Under the background of economic transformation and upgrading,the influence of executive political characteristics on corporate innovation has been controversial.Therefore,taking the private listed companies in 2013-2017 as a sample,we will explore how the political characteristics of corporate executives will affect the innovation investment from the perspective of regional development level.The research shows that the political characteristics of executives are significantly negatively correlated with the level of regional development and are positively correlated with R&D investment but not significant.The level of regional development plays a positive role in promoting the relationship between the two.By clarifying the relationship between the political characteristics of executives and R&D investment,it is instructive for the innovation of private enterprises.
