摘要
对19家地市级独立建制少儿图书馆微博与微信公众号服务现状进行调查研究,通过计算得出BCI指数与WCI指数,分析了微博与微信活跃度。同时对微博与微信服务内容进行整合研究,从服务内容及个性化方面进行比较分析,发现地市级少儿图书馆微博与微信平台普遍存在内容重复、个性化服务不明显、更新频率低等问题。针对存在的问题,从5个方面提出发展建议。
This article investigates and researches the service status of microblog and WeChat official account in 19 municipal independent children＇s libraries, arrives at the BCI and WCI through calculation, and analyzes the activity of microblog and WeChat. At the same time, the integrated study of the service content of microblog and WeChat is carried out. This paper comparatively analyzes the two aspects of service content and personalized service, reveals the common existing problems such as the repeated content, the unconspicuous personalized service and the low update frequency and puts forward development suggestions from 5 aspects.
