摘要
以互联网+、大数据、人工智能为代表的新科技时代对高校法律人才培养提出了复合型跨学科人才要求。考察浙江高校法律人才培养模式后,我们发现高校在法律人才培养方面进行了积极的探索,取得了一定的成绩,但也存在诸多问题。新科技时代背景下的高校法律人才培养,应科学定位培养目标、加大课程改革力度、创新教学方法和手段。
In order to adapt to the new technological era represented by Internet＋, big data, and arti-ficial intelligence, we need to cultivate complex interdisciplinary legal talents in universities. After investi- gating the training mode of legal talents in Zhejiang universities, we find that colleges and universities have carried out positive exploration in the training of complex interdisciplinary legal talents. Although certain goals have been achieved, improvements are needed. We believe that the cultivation of legal talents under the background of the new era of science and technology should be based on the scientific orienta-tion of training objectives, the intensification of curriculum reform, and the innovation of teaching methods and means.
