摘要
涉外法治人才培养目标是:造就能熟练且精准地运用外语、通晓国际规则、善于处理涉外法律事务、善于在国际事务中发出中国声音的人才。高校法学院的教学内容和培养机制存在明显缺憾,这是涉外法治人才储备与市场需求不匹配的关键诱因。专业英语能力的培养和测评、课堂内容和形式、实习与交流、因材施教、国际视野和人文素养这五个方面是改革的重点。
For the training of foreign-related legal talents,the objective is to cultivate talents who can use foreign languages proficiently and precisely,understand international rules thoroughly,handle foreign-related legal affairs properly,and give voice to international affairs on behalf of China.Both the teaching content and training mechanism of domestic law schools have obvious defects,which is the reason why the reserve of foreign-related legal talents fails to match market requirements.The reform should focus on five aspects:training and evaluation of professional English ability,class content and forms,internships and exchanges,individualized teaching,and an international vision and humanistic literacy.
