摘要
习近平针对网络时代突出问题,高度重视互联网法治建设,强调在认识和把握互联网发展规律的基础上,推动各项工作创新,全面推进网络空间法治化,维护网络安全和国家根本利益。习近平互联网法治思想既突出互联网法治建设的重点和主要任务,又强调互联网法治建设的全面性和系统性。互联网法治建设关键有两点,一是要求全面规划,重点推进,二是要求互联网法治建设实现全覆盖,各方都要遵守法律。
General Secretary Xi Jinping pays high attention to the Internet legal construction and emphasizes that it is necessary to understand and grasp the development of the Internet, promote the work innovation, further boost the legalization of cyberspace, and maintain cyber security and national fundamental interests. The legal thought of Xi Jinping on the Internet not only highlights the emphasis and main tasks of the Internet legal construction, but also emphasizes the comprehensiveness and systematicness of the Internet legal construction. There are two key steps： the first is overall planning and implementation on key points; while the second is to make sure the Internet legal construction can achieve complete coverage, and the law shall be abided by all parties.
