摘要
目的评价奥拉西坦胶囊联合多奈哌齐对血管性痴呆的疗效及安全性。方法将86例血管性痴呆患者随机分为治疗组(多奈哌齐联合奥拉西坦治疗)和对照组(多奈哌齐治疗),每组43例,治疗组采用盐酸多奈哌齐片联合奥拉西坦胶囊治疗,对照组采用盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,连续服用6个月。使用简易智力状态量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)、日常生活能力(ADL)量表对2组认知功能进行评价,并探讨其临床效果。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组Mo CA,MMSE及ADL量表评分结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<00.5)。结论奥拉西坦胶囊治疗卒中后轻中度血管性痴呆患者有效,能改善患者认知功能障碍程度,且奥拉西坦胶囊安全性好,无严重不良反应。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of oxiracetam capsules combined with donepezil on vascular dementia（VD）. Methods A total of 86 patients with VD were randomly divided into treatment group（donepezil combined with oxiracetam treatment） and control group（donepezil treatment）,with 43 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets and oxiracetam capsules,while those in the control group were treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets for 6 consecutive months. Cognitive functions of the patients in both groups were evaluated by using Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE）,the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale（Mo CA）,and Activity of Daily Living（ADL） Scale,and their clinical effects were explored. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0. 05）. The scores of Mo CA,MMSE and ADL scales in treatment group were superior to those in control group,and there were significant differences（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Oxiracetam capsules are effective in treating patients with mild to moderate VD after stroke,which can improve cognitive dysfunction of patients. In addition,oxiracetam capsules have good safety,with no serious adverse reactions.
