摘要
目的通过调查,了解慢性病对住院老年人日常生活质量的影响。方法选取云南省第二人民医院老年病科在2017年9月至11月期间收治的86例60岁以上老年患者,进行老年人日常生活能力(ADL)量表、Barthel指数量表问卷调查,应用SPSS 17.0进行数据处理分析。结果 86例样本中,男性70例,女性16例。无慢性病15例(17.4%),患1种慢性病30例(34.9%),患2种慢性病32例(37.2%),患3种慢性病9例(10.5%)。高血压患病率最高26.7%,不同慢性病数量患者的ADL与Barthel指数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过ADL量表和Barthel(BI)指数量表调查发现住院老年人患慢性病严重影响老年人的生活质量,老年慢性病的护理工作要更具针对性和科学化,对改善老年人的生活质量具有重要作用。
Objective Through the investigation of the chronic diseases of the elderly,we understand the impact of the quality of daily life of the elderly in hospital. Methods 86 elderly patients aged 60 and over admitted to the Geriatrics Department of Yunnan second people＇s hospital from September to November 2017 were selected and analyzed by means of SPSS 17. 0,the ADL scale and the Barsel index questionnaire. Results Of the 86 cases,70 were male and 16 were female. There were 15 cases（17. 4 %） of chronic diseases,30 cases（34. 9 %） of 1 chronic disease,32 cases（37. 2 %） of 2 chronic diseases,and 9 cases（10. 5 %） of 3 chronic diseases. The prevalence of hypertension was the highest of 26. 7 %,and the ADL and Bartel indices of patients with different chronic diseases were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The survey of ADL scale and Barsel index scale showed that the chronic diseases in the elderly seriously affect the quality of life of the elderly. The nursing work of chronic diseases in the elderly should be more targeted and scientific,and it is necessary to improve the elderly＇s.
