摘要
目前不管在公交车上还是在银行、商贸等许多地方都需要进行钱币的分类、计数及包装。但是,现在依然有许多地方都是人工进行操作的,这就带来了诸多不便。为了提高硬币的清分效率,文章设计了一种较为新颖且实用性强的全自动钱币清分机。通过CATIA设计模型、装配、模拟仿真运行,最后生产样机,调试并实地试验。试验结果说明,分离效果好,性能可靠。
The smart device for coin’s sorting,counting,and packaging are a key element to the successful operation of current market,bus companies and for current manual employees.A new and practical automatic currency counting device for addressing multifunctional integration design problem and promoting operational efficiency.Simulation and operation are advanced to final production prototype by commissioning and field trials.Simulation experiments show that the multifunctional integration device has an accurately and reliable separation efficiency.
