摘要
传统的车床采用继电器-接触器控制,具有接线复杂、体积大、自动化程度低的缺点。本文将PLC控制步进电机用于车床改造中,不仅使系统的可靠性和效率大大提高,更主要是使系统能够精确定位。文中设计了步进电机的控制电路,对步进电机的升降速过程进行了研究。实践表明,经改造后的车床运行平稳,噪声小,升降速过程快,提高了系统的运行速度。
The traditional lathe controlled by relay-contactor, had disadvantages of complex circuit, big volume and low degree of automation. The application of step motor controlled by PLC to lathe reform can not only make credibility and efficiency to be raised, but also realize accurate orientation. The hardware of controlling step motor with PLC was designed. The process of stepper motor acceleration-deceleration was researched. Practical use expatiated that the reformed lathe worked steadilily meanwhile, had small noise and fast speed in acc and deceleration.
