摘要
针对国内外现有的大口径管件坡口机制造成本高、占地面积大、功能单一和使用范围狭窄的特点,设计了一种新的坡口机。该坡口机主要包括管件夹紧、转位、定位以及进给切削装置,在满足高质量坡口要求的前提下,它不仅能适应不同型号管件的坡口,而且操作简便,性能稳定,自动化程度高。
To the problem of high production cost,large floor space,single function and narrow application scope in large-calibre beveling machines both at home and abroad,a new type of beveling machine was designed,which mainly included clamping device,indexing mechanism,locator device and feed cutting mechanism.While meeting the requirement of high quality beveling,it not only can greatly adapt to different types of pipes in processing,but also has advantages of simple operation,stable performance and high degree of automation.
