摘要 介绍了水下管道外切割臂的基本组成和工作原理。通过对海洋工程施工中利用高压水切割管状构件作业过程的分析,设计了一种能够协助高压水射流切割机完成管状构件切割作业的水下管道外切割臂,并说明了其液压控制系统的工作原理。 The mechanical structure and work principle of outside cutting arm for high pressure water cutting underwater pipe were introduced. Based on analyzing cutting process in the sea, the outside cutting arm was designed which could be used to help waterjet cutting machine to cut pipe. The principle of its hydraulic system was expounded.
