摘要
动态密封主要应用在高压系统中,动态密封可以在原有密封失效的情况下继续保持系统良好的密封性能.首先介绍了传统静态密封的特点及其应用,再比较了静态密封和动态密封的特点.根据高压水切割站的水压力的要求,采用动态密封,并应用于实际的高压水切割站.结果表明,采用该设计,简单可靠、完全满足了高压水切割站的要求.本设计为实现高压密封提供一个较为理想的处理途径.
Dynanie sealing,which is used in high pressure system,can sustain better sealed function under prior sealing don't work.First,we introduct some characters and application of traditional stable sealing.Second,we compare with the traits between stable sealing and dynamic sealing.According to requirement for water pressure of high pressure wa- ter cutting station,we have gained satisfied effects by adopting dynamic sealing system,which is applied to practical high pressure water cutting station.From study offerde above,results show that this adoption is considerablely simple and reliable and completely meet the need of high pressure water cutting station.As a result,the design involved can provide more prefect method for realiting high pressure sealing.
