摘要 为了实现水下切断破损油气管道、更换新管的目的,改变水下气割影响施工质量和时效以及作业火花造成的不安全因素,设计了一种液压闸刀式切管机。该切割机可通过更换不同刀具来切割不同材料的构件,如采用镶金刚石颗粒的高速钢刀具可实现钢筋混凝土包层的钢管的一次切断,不受环境的限制,切口表面光滑,作业效率高。同时该机可以利用辅助作业船上的液压动力或类似现场的液压动力,不必另配液压源,是海底修管施工中现场切割破管的一种必不可少的设备。 For improving need of cutting off pipe in the disrepair and assembling new pipe, a kind of machinery of guillotine sa- wing pipe was designed which changes unfavourable factors using acetylene gas to cut off the pipe. This kind of machinery could realize cutting off reinforced concrete pipe only once by using diamond saw. It can work no matter in bad environment or underwater which has high effectiveness and better cutting surface. Its hydraulic pressure resource come from the ship, and need not be built again. It is a reliable cutting function to repair the underwater engineering member.
