摘要
目的探讨护理干预对人工流产妇女焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取2016年4月—2018年4月我院接收的220例人工流产妇女作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各110例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取优质护理干预,观察比较2组负性情绪以及护理满意度。结果干预后,2组患者SAS、SDS评分均较前明显降低,且观察组降低程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.67%,明显优于对照组的86.05%(P<0.05)。结论人工流产妇女应用优质护理干预具有良好的临床疗效,可有效改善其负性情绪,且满意度较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of women with induced abortion. Methods 86 cases of abortion women received by our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group,the control group was adopted routine nursing,and the observation group was adopted high quality nursing intervention. The negative emotions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results（1） In the two groups,the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.05）;（2） The nursing satisfaction in the observation group（97.67%）was significantly better than that of the control group（86.05%）（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of high quality nursing intervention for women with induced abortion has good clinical effect,and it can effectively improve the negative emotion of the patients,and the satisfaction is high. It is worthy of clinical application.
