摘要
目的探析无痛人流应用舒适护理结合人性化护理的临床应用效果。方法抽取2018年1月至2020年5月在本科室接受无痛人流术治疗的患者50例,将其作为观察对象,以干预手段为依据,按手术先后顺序分组,接受常规护理干预的患者为对照组(n=25),接受舒适护理结合人性化护理干预的患者为观察组(n=25)。对比两组患者术后干预效果及并发症。结果观察组经干预,总有效率为92%,并发症发生率为8%,与对照组相比差异显著,P<0.05。结论舒适护理结合人性化护理在无痛人流中的干预效果优于常规护理,并发症得到了明显降低。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comfortable nursing combined with humanized nursing for painless abortion.Methods:Select 50 patients with painless abortion surgery treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020,as the observation object,based on intervention,according to the operation order grouping,the patients with routine nursing intervention for the control group(n=25),the patients with comfortable nursing combined with humanized nursing intervention for the observation group(n=25).The effect of postoperative intervention and complications were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 92%and complication rate was 8%after intervention,the difference was significant compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing combined with humanized nursing in painless abortion intervention effect is better than conventional nursing,complications have been significantly reduced.
