摘要
目的探讨在无痛人工流产术后夫妻共同教育对避孕措施依从性的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2021年4月上海市奉贤区奉城医院收治的100例无痛人工流产术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)与实验组(50例)。对照组采用患者健康教育方法,实验组采用夫妻共同教育方法,比较两组患者避孕措施依从性。结果实验组的避孕措施执行率(80%)高于对照组(40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的生殖健康知晓率(96%)高于对照组(70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访1年,实验组再次人工流产发生率(2%)低于对照组(36%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予无痛人工流产术后患者夫妻共同教育干预,可有效提高患者避孕措施依从性,降低再次人工流产发生率,可作为临床常规护理模式。
Objective To explore the effect of marital joint education on the contraceptive compliance after painless abortion.Methods A total of 100 patients with painless abortion in Shanghai F engxian Fengcheng Hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the experimental group(50 cases).The control group adopted the patient health education method,and the experimental group adopted the marital joint education method.The contraceptive compliance of the two groups was compared.Results The contraceptive implementation rate of the experimental group(80%)was higher than that of the control group(40%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of reproductive health in experimental group(96%)was higher than that in control group(70%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow-up for 1 year,the incidence of re-abortion in the experimental group(2%)was lower than that in the control group(36%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The marital joint education intervention for patients after painless abortion can effectively improve the patient’s compliance of contraceptive measures and reduce the incidence of induced abortion again,which can be used as a clinical routine nursing mode.
