摘要
通过分析色谱技术的重要性和教学现状,介绍了色谱仿真软件运用在高职《色谱技术》教学中的必要性。以教学实践中气相和液相色谱仿真实训为例,总结仿真软件在色谱教学中的应用优势。
Through the analysis of the importance of chromatographic technology and the status quo of teaching, the necessity of using chromatographic simulation software in the teaching of chromatographic technology in higher vocational colleges is introduced. Taking the simulation of gas phase and liquid chromatography in teaching practice as an example,the application advantages of simulation software in chromatographic teaching are summarized.
