摘要
长期以来高校经济管理类学生一直缺少切实有效的实践环节,学生无法将分散在各门经济管理课程中的知识进行综合应用。针对这个问题,我们开发了管理决策"实训服务"仿真实践平台。该平台基于现代管理决策原理,结合虚拟仿真技术以及优化决策原理,为教师和学生提供的远程管理决策仿真实践。学生能在短时间内运用所学的基本经济管理理论知识进行实践尝试;同时老师可通过实践平台系统地掌握学生进行管理决策仿真实验的基本情况,满足了为经济管理类教师和学生提供个性化和交互式网络教学服务的要求。
For economic management majors in college, there lacks an effective practical training session which could enable them to integrate the knowledge they learn from different courses. To solve this problem, a simulated practical training platform is developed for management decision making. The platform is based on modern management decision theories, virtual simulation technology and optimized decision theories. Through the platform, students can apply their knowledge to creative practice, teachers can monitor students' practice process, so as to provide an individualized and interactive online learning service.
