急诊科护士工作压力源因素分析及管理对策 被引量:6

摘要 目的调查了解急诊科护士的工作压力状况,针对性制定管理对策,提高护理工作质量。方法选取2017年9月~2017年12月本院急诊科的16名护士为研究对象,采用护士压力源量表进行调查,调查内容包括工作负荷、专业因素、患者因素、工作环境、人际关系等,护士根据压力状况进行打分,每项分值0~4分,分值越高说明压力越大,统计护士年龄、职称、文化程度与压力因素的相关性。结果本次调查结果显示,工作负荷、专业因素、患者因素、工作环境、人际关系的平均得分分别为(2.8±0.5)(2.5±0.4)(2.4±0.7)(2.2±0.4)(2.0±0.4);在工作负荷、患者因素方面年龄、职称、文化程度不同的护士的压力程度有明显差异,在工作环境上文化程度不同的护士的压力程度有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论急诊科护士的工作负荷较大,工作压力明显,应当调整管理制度,合理分配资源,改善护士的工作环境,减轻护士的工作压力。 Objective To investigate and understand the working pressure of nurses in the emergency department, and formulate management countermeasures to improve the quality of nursing work.Methods 16 nurses worked in our hospital emergency department from September 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects, and used the nurse stressor questionnaire survey to investigated the following content: work load,factors of professional, patients, work environment, interpersonal relationship, etc. Nurses rated according to the stress status, each item of 0 ~ 4 points.The higher the score shows that the bigger the pressure.Analysed the correlation of stress factors with the age of nurse, title, cultural level.Results The average scores of work load, professional factors, patient factors, work environment and interpersonal relationships were(2.8±0.5)(2.5±0.4)(2.4±0.7)(2.2±0.4)(2.0±0.4),respectively;There were significant differences in the stress level of nurses with different age, title and education in terms of workload and patient factors, and significant differences in the pressure level of nurses with different education levels in the work environment(P〈0.05).Conclusion The work load of nurses in the emergency department is large and the work pressure is obvious, so the management system should be adjusted, resources should be allocated rationally, the working environment of nurses should be improved and the work pressure of nurses should be reduced.
