摘要
目前企业实践课程存在系统性不强、校企双方职责不明确等问题。基于现代学徒制视域对企业实践课程进行改革,使实践内容标准化、实践环节系统化、人员职责明确化,通过这些措施丰富了企业实践课程的内容,增强了学生的学习兴趣,加强了校企双方实习管理的效果。
At present, there are some pi＇oblems in enterprise practice courses, such as weak system and unclear responsibilities between college and entei-prise.Based on the modem apprenticeship system, the ieform of entei-prise practice courses was carried out, which has the pui-poses to standardize the content of practice, to systematize the practice and to clarify the responsibilities of the personnel, with these measures, the content of entei-prise practice courses was enriched and students＇ interest in learning was increased.
