摘要
大庆油田徐深气田底水活跃,火山岩气藏裂缝发育,生产过程中易产生积液现象,影响气井产能。为合理确定气井排采措施介入时机,开展了气井积液预判方法研究。将井筒与地层流动模型在井底建立计算节点,形成积液预判模型,给出数值求解方法,模拟流体从近井地层到井口的流动过程,实现了气井未来积液风险预判并开发了计算机软件。现场实际应用表明,积液预判结果与实际情况一致,有效预测周期可达7个月,验证了大庆油田深层气井积液预判模型的正确性和实用性。
Xushen Gasfield in Daqing Oilfield is characterized by active bottom water and well-developed fracture of the volcanic gas reservoir,the liquid loading phenomenon is easy to occur in the process of the production,this influences the productivity of the gas well. In order to reasonably determine the operating opportunity of the drainage-production measure of the gas well,the research on the pre-judging method of the well loaded liquid was conducted. The calculating node was established for the wellbore and formation flow models at the bottom of the well to build a liquid loading prejudging model,and moreover the seeking method for the solution was presented numerically,thus the flow process of the fluid from the near-wellbore formation to the wellhead can be simulated and the risk pre-judgement of the future liquid loading for the gas well was realized and furthermore the computer software was developed. The actual application in the field shows that there exits the accordance between the predicted results and ones of the reality,the effective prediction cycle can reach 7 months,the accuracy and applicability of the loaded liquid pre-judging model have been checked and verified.
