苏里格气田井下节流气井积液规律研究 被引量:9

摘要 随着气田的不断开发,气井逐渐不能满足最小携液流量要求,井底及井筒便产生积液,当积液量到达一定程度时,气井压力、产量便迅速下降。为延长气井变为低产、低效井的时间,有必要研究气井积液规律。采用Flunent软件以苏C节流井为例,进行了节流流场CFD模拟。模拟结果表明,地层中携带了液体的气流由近井储层流入井底,在井底积液层的阻力作用下气流中的部分液体滞留;在井底积液液面处气体以携带少量液体的低速雾流形式流至节流器上游;携带了液体的气流在节流器"回流"效应及"淹没射流"作用下,部分液体在节流器上段沉积,随生产时间延长,节流器上段井筒积液液面进一步升高。 With the continuous development of gasfields, gas wells cannot meet the needs of the minimum fluid- carrying flowrate. As a result, liquid loading arises at the well bottom and in the shaft. When the liquid loading rea- ches a certain quantity, the gaswell pressure and production will decrease rapidly. To lengthen the gaswell service life before it becomes a low-yield and low-efficiency well, it is necessary to study the law of gaswell liquid load- ing. The computational fluid dynamic (CFD) simulation of throttling flow field was conducted adopting the Fluent software and taking throttling well C of Su as an example. The research findings show that the liquid loading law of downhole throttling gaswell goes as follows. The liquid-carrying gas current flows from near-wellbore reservoir into well bottom and part of the liquid in the gas current remains due to the effect of the resistance from the downhole liquid loading layer. The gas flows to the upper part of the throttle in the form of low-speed mist flow which carries a small quantity of liquid at the bottomhole liquid loading level. Another part of liquid deposits in the upper part of the throttle due to the effect of the backflow effect and the submerged jet effect in the lower part of the throttle which carries some liquid. As a result, the shaft liquid loading level goes up in the upper part of the throttle.
