摘要 以二甲基硅油和气相法二氧化硅组成的硅膏为主体,白油为载体,斯盘-吐温为主乳化剂,利用非离子和阴离子型表面活性剂形成稳定的膏体,采用普通搅拌方式将水相在油相中进行乳化,制备出高效乳液型有机硅消泡剂。考察了各主要成分的质量分数对消泡剂性能的影响,得到的最佳配方为:高低黏度硅油硅膏的质量分数分别为4%、5%,二氧化硅质量分数为4%,HLB值为8.5的复配乳化剂的质量分数为4%。 A new high efficient silicone defoamer was prepared with silicone paste composed of dimethyl silicone and silicon dioxide, white oil as carrier, Span-Twain blend as main emulsifying agent, with non-ionic and anionic surfactants to form a stable paste. The effects of mass fraction of the components on the defoamer performance was investigated. The emulsification process was carried out under water phase condition in a conventional mixing device. The optimization of the formulation were as follows : the mass fraction of high/low viscosity of silicone paste was 4% and 5% respectively, the mass fraction of silica was 4% , and the mass fraction of the emulsion was 4% with HLB value of 8.5.
