摘要
物联网技术可有效解决调味品行业低端市场产品质量低劣,生产企业滥用食品添加剂等问题。文章运用文献梳理法,分析了调味品产业链中现存的问题,围绕物联网核心技术的优势,归纳了其在原料检测、生产数据获取、物流信息存储以及销售消费问题披露等方面的应用,以期为监管部门更好地运用物联网技术进行调味品行业的食品安全监管提供决策参考。
Internet of things technology can effectively solve the problems of low-quality products of condiment industry low-end market and production enterprises＇ abuse of food additives and so on.Based on the advantages of core technologies of IOT,this paper analyzes the existing problems in condiment industry chain and summarizes its application in raw material inspection,production data acquisition,logistics information storage and disclosure of sales and consumption issues,so as to provide decision-making reference for the supervision departments to better utilize the internet of things technology to carry out food safety regulation in the condiment industry.
