基于物联网采纳的生鲜农产品冷链物流决策——成本收益分析视角 被引量:28

Cold Chain Logistics Decision-making of Fresh Agricultural Products Based on the Internet of Things Adoption:From the Perspective of Cost-benefit

摘要 物联网技术的应用使生鲜农产品冷链物流效率明显提升,但同时不可避免的也会增加运营成本,所以各级流通主体需要根据成本收益情况来进行物联网采纳的决策。考虑物联网采纳前后两阶段,供应链上下游所需承担的各项成本与收益情况,着重分析物联网采纳对上下游批发价格,零售价格与订货量决策的影响,得出与生鲜农产品冷链物流收益决策密切相关的重要边界值,进而发现:批发商、零售商与供应链整体获利的边界值相同;采纳物联网技术后,零售价格与零售商的收益增加值大于批发商的收益增加值,零售价格的上升幅度大于批发价格的上升幅度;供应链中订货量的成本边界值与农产品品质关系不大,但受到流通时间、运输与仓储成本的影响,物联网技术成本越低,对订货量影响越大。最后用算例分析说明研究结果的正确性。本文为生鲜农产品冷链企业投资物联网提供了科学依据。 The application of the internet of things technology makes cold chain logistics supply chain of fresh agricultural products efficient, but increases operating costs. This paper consideres a two-stage fresh agricultural product supply chain with and without the Internet of things adoption, then analyzes each party's optimal decisions of the costs and benefits. We focus on the technology label cost on wholesale price, retail price and order quantity decision, then get ,some key factors closely related to decision-making scheme. The conclusions are as following. The wholesalers, retailers and whole supply chain get profit at same boundary value. With the adoption of the Internet of things technology, retailer's revenue is greater than the wholesaler, retail price increase is greater than that of the wholesale too. The boundary value of order quantity has little relation with product quality, but strongly related to circulation time, transportation and warehousing costs. Finally, a numerical example is provided to support the findings. This paper provides scientific basis for cold chain enterprises of fresh agricultural products to invest in the internet of things.
