基于锤击法的某局部共振问题排故分析 被引量:3

摘要 局部共振易导致试验件局部的振动幅值偏大,影响试验的顺利进行。锤击测试能够快速有效地获取局部振动特性,在局部共振问题的排除中尤其有效。为解决某试验件某测点振动偏大问题,对振动数据及锤击激振响应进行分析,确定振动偏大为局部共振问题。进而,通过调节试验件局部结构以改变局部共振频率,并排查试验件状态,最终确定为引气管加工误差所致。更换引气管后的局部锤击响应得到明显改善,验证试验表明,局部振动幅值明显减小,共振问题顺利排除。 The local resonance problems cause the exceedance of local vibration amplitude easily,thus influences the course of tests.The hammer testing can obtain the local vibration characteristics effectively and rapidly.It is very effective in solving the local resonance problems.In order to solve a test-point over-vibration problem,the vibration data and the hammer testing excitation response were analyzed,and the problem was defined as the local resonance.Then,the local resonance frequencies were changed by adjusted the local structure and the engine operation condition was checked.Finally,it was determined to be caused by the machining error of trachea.The local hammer response was obviously improved after replacing the trachea.The confirmatory experiment shown the local vibration amplitude decreased obviously.The local resonance problem was solved successfully.
