摘要
针对瓦斯回收螺杆压缩机振动超标的各种原因进行分析和试验,找到引起机组故障的主要原因,结合生产装置的实际情况,在检修中采取相应措施,合理的解决了设备运行故障,保证了机组的平稳正常的运行。
The analysis and testing for various reasons caused the over-vibration of gas-recovery helical-lobe compressor was made, then finding out the main reason caused the fault of units. With the actual situation of production plant combined, the corresponding measures were used in the overhaul, then resolving the device operation faults reasonably and guaranteeing the stable and normal operation of the units.
