摘要
改革开放以来,中国外交理念伴随中国与世界的互动实践进程不断深化和发展。中国外交理念的传承创新,即从邓小平时代的"韬光养晦、有所作为",到十八大以前的"战略机遇期"与"和谐世界"构想,再到十八大以来的"新型国际关系"与"人类命运共同体"理念,反映了中国外交调整、变革的客观需求,同时也为指引国际关系尤其是中美关系的航向提供了行动指南。新时代的中国外交和中美关系仍须以我为主、以史为鉴,尤其以十八大以来的中国外交理念为指导,捍卫国家核心利益,推动新型国际关系和人类命运共同体的建构。
Since the time of reform and opening up,China′s diplomatic concepts have deepened and developed the process of interaction between China and the world.The inheritance and innovation of China′s diplomatic concepts,which include the doctrines or ideals of″taoguangyanghui,yousuozuowei″（″strategic prudence and strive to make achievements″）,″strategic opportunity″and″harmonious world″,″new type of international relations″and″community of common destiny for all mankind″.These concepts reflect the objective needs of China′s diplomacy and provide guidance to the action of international relations as well,especially for China-U.S.relations.Currently,it is necessary to learn from history and take China′s new concepts of diplomacy as theoretical direction,to safeguard national core interests,to promot the construction of new type of international relations and create a community of shared future for mankind.
