摘要
在我国住院医师规范化培训工作中,应推行导师制方式,可以在学员入学的时候为其安排导师,并开设拜师会,每个月都会为导师发送经费补助,但是,在实际工作中不能更好的落实导师制的住院医师规范化培训工作,难以对其进行合理的落实与推广。因此,在我国医院医师培训的过程中,需针对导师制进行合理的分析,采取科学的方式开展培训活动,确保可以满足当前的实际发展需求。在推动导师制教学方式期间,还需创建合理的教育机制,保证更好地落实导师制的教学模式,提升教学效果。
