推行导师制在住院医师规范化培训中的思考及实践探索 被引量:16

摘要 在我国住院医师规范化培训工作中,应推行导师制方式,可以在学员入学的时候为其安排导师,并开设拜师会,每个月都会为导师发送经费补助,但是,在实际工作中不能更好的落实导师制的住院医师规范化培训工作,难以对其进行合理的落实与推广。因此,在我国医院医师培训的过程中,需针对导师制进行合理的分析,采取科学的方式开展培训活动,确保可以满足当前的实际发展需求。在推动导师制教学方式期间,还需创建合理的教育机制,保证更好地落实导师制的教学模式,提升教学效果。 In the standardization training of resident physicians in China, the tutorial system should be implemented. It is possible to arrange tutors for trainees when they are enrolled, and to set up apprenticeship meetings. Each month will be a tutor. Sending financial subsidies, but in the actual work cannot be better implementation of the tutorial system of resident physicians standardized training, it is difficult to carry out reasonable implementation and promotion. Therefore, in the process of training for Chinese hospital doctors, it is necessary to conduct a rational analysis of the tutorial system and adopt scientific methods to carry out training activities to ensure that it can meet the current actual development needs. In the course of promoting the tutorial system, it is also necessary to create a reasonable education mechanism to ensure that the tutor system is better implemented and the teaching effect is improved.
