摘要
分析"全科-专科-社区"三位一体导师组制度在全科住院医师规范化培训(住培)中的应用价值。全科培训基地遴选熟悉全科专业住培带教工作,有较强的科研能力、严谨的全科思维和全科理念的高年资医师担任全科导师、专科导师及社区导师,培训前进行导师与学员的双向选择确定带教关系,根据全科专业住培学员的具体情况开展个性化培训,明确培训细则的要求和目标,实施全程跟踪指导并规范进行目标管理评估。导师组制度的实施可避免带教断层、过于专业化等问题,保证培训过程的连续性、完整性及个体性。三位一体导师组制度可提高全科医师的平均诊疗水平,提升基层医疗机构诊疗服务能力,有利于建立分级诊疗模式、优化医疗卫生资源配置,为群众提供连续性、协调性、综合性的基本医疗卫生服务,缓解群众"看病难、看病贵"的状况,助力实现"健康中国"的战略目标。
This article aimed to analyze the application value of the"General Practice-Specialty-Community"trinity tutorial system in standardized residency training of general medicine.The training bases for general practitioners selected tutors of general practitioners,specialists and community doctors according to certain conditions including strong scientific research abilities,rigorous general practice thinking and general practice concepts.Before the training,the tvvo-way selection between tutors and residents was carried out to determine the relationships between tutors and trainees.In this case,personalized training was designed according to the situations of residents,the requirements and objectives of the training rules were clarified,and goal management evaluation was standardized with the whole process tracking guidance.In the process,the teacilng resources of community hospitals and the tertiary hospitals can be combined,avoiding problems like teaching faults and over-specialization,and ensuring the continuity,integrity and individuality of the training process.The"General Practice-Specialty-Collunit"trinity tutorial system in general practice can improve the average diagnosis and treatment level of general practitioners,improve the service capacity of primary medical institutions,help to establish a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model,optimize the allocation of medical and health resources,Provide continuous,coordinated and comprehensive basic medical and health services,alleviate the situations of difficulties in accessing medical service and great expense cost in seeking treatment,and eventually achieve the strategic goal of"Healthy China".
