摘要
目的分析不同病情程度强直性脊柱炎患者血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)水平变化及临床意义。方法选取南阳市宛城区第一人民医院2015年9月~2017年11月强直性脊柱炎患者112例设为研究组,依据病情程度分为:重度患者29例,轻度患者83例,另选同期健康体检者46例设为对照组,均行血清SAA、MMP-3表达水平检测,比较两组及不同病情程度患者血清SAA、MMP-3表达水平。结果研究组血清SAA、MMP-3表达水平较对照组高,差异显著(t=27.223,P<0.05);重度患者血清SAA、MMP-3表达水平较轻度患者高,差异显著(t=7.541,P<0.05)。结论强直性脊柱炎患者血清SAA、MMP-3水平呈异常高表达,且病情程度越严重,血清SAA、MMP-3水平越高,临床上应严密监测强直性脊柱炎患者血清水平变化情况,以提前采取有效措施预防病情恶化。
Objective To investigate the the changes of serum levels of amyloid A（SAA） and matrix metalloproteinase-3（MMP-3） in ankylosing spondylitis patients with different severities and its clinical significance. Methods 112 cases of ankylosing spondylitis in our hospital from September 2015 to November 2017 were selected as the study group. According to the severity of the disease, they were divided into 29 severe patients and 83 mild patients. Another 46 cases of healthy physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group. All of them underwent the detection of serum levels of SAA and MMP-3. The serum levels of SAA and MMP-3 were compared between the 2 groups and among patients with different severities. Results The expression level of SAA and MMP-3 in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant（t =27.223,P 〈 0.05）. The expression level of SAA and MMP-3 in severe patients was higher than that in mild patients, and the difference was significant（t =7.541,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of the level of serum SAA and MMP-3 in patients with ankylosing spondylitis is abnormal high, and the more serious the degree of the disease, the higher the levels of serum SAA and MMP-3. The clinical should closely monitor the changes of serum levels in patients with ankylosing spondylitis, so as to take effective measures in advance to prevent the deterioration of the disease.
