摘要
通过单因子试验分别研究了模拟生物絮团培养条件下不同温度(10、15、20、25、30、35℃)、盐度(10、15、20、25、30、35)和硅酸钠添加浓度(0、2、5、10、15、20 mg/L)对中肋骨条藻生长、培养水体叶绿素a含量的影响.结果表明:此株中肋骨条藻生长的最适温度为30℃,10℃低温也能正常生长,最适盐度为30,最适硅酸钠添加浓度为5 mg/L.在适宜温度、盐度和硅酸钠添加浓度条件下,其增殖过程基本符合单胞藻的S形生长曲线.藻体在高温(35℃)时不能繁殖、盐度低于25时生长较差,硅酸钠添加浓度在0~5 mg/L时,随浓度增大,藻细胞最大密度逐渐增大,超过10 mg/L时,藻体繁殖受到抑制.养殖生产中,可通过适当提高温度和盐度,添加适量硅酸钠以提高产量,降低饵料系数和成本.
Under simulated biofloc culturing condition,the effects of temperature( 10,15,20,25,30,35 ℃),salinity( 10,15,20,25,30,35) and sodium silicate density( 0,2,5,10,15,20 mg/L) on growth of Skeletonema costatum and variation of chlorophyll-a content in culture water are studied in this work. The results indicate that the optimal growth temperature for the algae is 30 ℃ while it can grow normally at 10 ℃. The optimal salinity is 30,and the optimal concentration of sodium silicate is 5 mg/L for algae growth. Under the condition of optimal temperature,salinity and sodium silicate concentration,the growth curve of microalgae exhibits the typical Sshape. Skeletonema costatum can not grow at high temperature( 35 ℃) and grow poorly at salinity lower than 25.The density of algal cells rise with the increase of sodium silicate density from 0 to 5 mg/L. However,algae reproduction is restrained when the concentration is more than 10 mg/L. Therefore,for aquaculture production,it is possible to reduce feed conversion ratio and farming cost and to increase the yield of Skeletonema lostatum via properly increasing the temperature,salinity and by adding appropriate sodium silicate.
