摘要
本研究以硅藻中肋骨条藻为实验材料,设置两个不同盐度条件(35和15)对藻细胞进行培养,以探讨盐度水平对中肋骨条藻响应高光强的光合生理特性的影响。结果表明:盐度15下中肋骨条藻具有较低的光合效率α和PsbA蛋白含量,生长速率降低;高光强照射下两种盐度条件的藻细胞最大光化学效率F v/F m均受到抑制;相较于高盐度下,低盐度藻细胞具有较高的K pi值,细胞易于发生光失活,且其修复速率较低。盐度15下,藻细胞应对光失活除依赖PsbA蛋白的周转外,还诱导产生较高的非光化学淬灭NPQ s以耗散过剩光能,并提高超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性。
The marine diatom Skeletonema costatum,which grew under two salinity levels(35 and 15),was selected as experimental material to investigate the effects of salinity on their photophysiological response to high light.The results showed that S.costatum that grew under salinity of 15 exhibited lower photosynthetic efficiency parameter(α)and PsbA content,thus the specific growth rate was decreased.When exposed to high light,the maximum quantum yield of PSII(F v/F m)of cells was inhibited with the prolonged exposure time regardless of the salinity.In comparison with cells that grew under high salinity,cells under low salinity were more prone to be photoinactivated with higher K pi,and they also showed lower PSII repair rate constant K rec.To alleviate the damage of high light,besides the turnover of PsbA protein,cells that grew under low salinity induced high sustained phase of nonphotochemical quenching,in addition,high activity of both superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)was also examined in low salinity cells before and during the high light exposure.
