摘要
本文分析了1990年厦门岛周围海域浮游植物4个季度月的312份网采样品。结果表明:浮游植物细胞总量年高峰期在河口区出现在夏季,浮游植物种类数与盐度成负相关;在非河口区总量年高峰出现在春季,种类数与盐度成正相关。多元线性逐步回归分析表明,影响浮游植物数量分布的主要环境因子是营养盐、水温、盐度,但因季节而异。骨条藻与硅酸盐呈密切正相关。
The present study deals with the distribution of phytoplankton and their relationship to the environment factors, based on the materials collected seasonally from the waters around the Xiamen Island in 1990. The results show that the annual quantitative peak of phytoplankton for estuarial areas is in summer,while for other areas in spring. The correlation between the species number and salinity by preliminary analysis is positive for the estuarial areas and negative for those far away from the estuaries. According to multiple linear stepwise-regression analysis , the relationships between the cell density of phytoplankton and the concentration of nitrate, phosphate, silicate, temperature and salinity change with seasons. The correlation between the density of skeletonema costatum and the concentration of silicate is significantly positive.
