摘要
目的观察小儿糖尿病行整体护理的效果及家属满意度。方法对该院2016年1月—2018年1月接收的60例小儿糖尿病患者资料加以分析,随机分为2组,每组30例;对照组予常规护理,实验组予整体护理,比对2组护理效果及家属满意度。结果实验组2hPG(7.11±1.15)mmol/L、FPG(5.41±1.10)mmol/L及Hbalc(7.02±1.42)%均比对照组低(P<0.05);实验组家属满意度93.33%比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论整体护理实施于糖尿病患儿可取得满意效果,可被临床推广、应用。
Objective To observe the effect of holistic nursing in children＇s diabetes and family＇s satisfactory degree.Methods 60 cases of children with diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the experimental group used the holistic nursing, and the nursing effect and satisfactory degree of family were compared between the two groups. Results The 2hPG（7.11±1.15）mmol/L, FPG（5.41±1.10）mmol/L and Hbalc（7.02±1.42）% in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree of their family in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, which was 93.33% in the experimental group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The holistic nursing in children with diabetes can obtain a satisfactory degree, which can be promoted and applied in clinic.
