摘要
目的探究整体护理在小儿糖尿病护理中的有效性。方法选择该院2020年1月—2021年1月接诊的56例小儿糖尿病患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组28例。观察组实施整体护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比两组护理满意度、干预前后血糖指标、心理状态评分和胰岛素水平。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组血糖指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胰岛素水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组患儿家属心理状态对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿糖尿病护理期间,实施整体护理具有显著的价值,可有效改善患儿的负面情绪,实现血糖与胰岛素指标的管控,改善患儿家属的负面情绪,以此提升护理有效性。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of holistic nursing in pediatric diabetes care.Methods A total of 56 children with diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 28 cases in each group.The observation group received holistic nursing,the control group received routine nursing,and the nursing satisfaction,blood glucose index and psychological state score,insulin level before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05);after the intervention,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The insulin level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the psychological state of the family members of the children between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05);after the intervention,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the nursing period of children with diabetes,the implementation of holistic nursing has significant value,which can effectively improve the negative emotions of children,realize the control of blood glucose and insulin indicators,and improve the negative emotions of children's family members,so as to improve the effectiveness of nursing.
