摘要
[目的]探讨整体理念护理对支气管哮喘合并肺炎支原体感染患儿疗效及家长满意度的影响。[方法]采用历史对照研究,将2016年1月—2016年12月整体护理实施后的42例支气管哮喘合并肺炎支原体感染患儿设为观察组,2015年1月—2015年12月实施功能制护理的40例患儿设为对照组,比较两组疗效,采用自行设计的家长满意度调查表调查家长的满意度。[结果]观察组总有效率为92.9%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长护理态度、关爱患儿、健康教育和心理支持满意率分别为95.2%、100.0%、92.9%和92.9%,均高于对照组的80.0%、77.5%、52.5%和75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组家长护理操作满意率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]整体理念护理可提高患儿和家长对疾病的认知,从而提高依从性,提高疗效和家长满意度。
Objective:To observe the effect of holistic concept nursing on the efficacy and parents'satisfaction of bronchial asthma children combined with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:Historical comparative study was used,42 cases of bronchial asthma children combined with pneumonia mycoplasma infection were taken as observation group from January 2016 to December 2016 after implementation of holistic nursing care.From January 2015 to December 2015,40 patients receiving function nursing were set as control group,and the curative effect,parent satisfaction survey,parents satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of patietns in observation group was 92.9%,significantly higher than 75.0%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group of parents'care attitude,loving children,health education and psychological support satisfaction rate were 95.2%,100.0%,92.9%and 95.2%respectively,which were higher than those in the control group 80.0%,77.5%,52.5%and 77.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in satisfaction rates of parent on care operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Holistic concept nursing can improve the cognition of children and parents and improve compliance,and it has a significant effect on improving curative effect,and parents’satisfaction is significantly improved.
